Here’s a reminder that the CCA’s 2022 Annual General Meeting is being held on July 30, 2022, 10:00am–12noon at the Carson Fire Station.
The major item on the Agenda is to organize our Fall Festival, to be held on a Saturday in late September. We need volunteers for the following positions:
- Festival Organizing Manager
- Publicity and Communications Coordinator
- Raffle Coordinator
- Music Coordinator
- Food Coordinator
- Games and Contests Coordinator
- Exhibit Coordinator
- Kids Corner Coordinator
- Site Coordinator

Other items on the agenda include CCA Bylaw revisions, a brief report of the CCA Board’s activities during its first year, and a chance to ask questions of the CCA Board.
