Carsonites are looking forward to the opening of the Carson Cafe and Grocery Store.
Craig Osen, new owner of the Carson village store, formerly known as Poco Loco now renamed to Carson Cafe & Grocery, has been working hard on renovating the premises. He says the painstaking work is almost done leaving just a few more hurdles to get to the finish line. These include getting a final inspection, business license, last bits of equipment, health department certificates, and a dumpster before the exciting step of stocking the store.
Carsonites are looking forward to dropping by to enjoy a cup of joe, a bit to eat, shooting the breeze with neighbors, and picking up some supplies.
